It has a nice balance of both vintage and modern furniture. Located in the historic Hampstead Hill neighborhood, this home has a great view of the Ravenel Bridge and is across from to the newly renovated Charleston Cigar Factory and the Cedar Room, which offers both shopping and dining options.

    Beautifully updated home in a transitional neighborhood downtown. Easy walking into Many of Charleston’s interesting areas.
    The homes renovation was a lovely balance of modern comfort and historic charm. Beds were comfy, plenty of linens. The old single pane windows do allow some of the city sound in, but I didn’t have any trouble sleeping.
    I really enjoyed reading the owners notebook on the history and renovation of the home.
    Easy parking in the drive was a plus.

    We spent a few days in Charleston for a quick getaway, visiting rainbow row, the battery, the aquarium, King St., etc. The location was fantastic. Restaurants were especially amazing there as well.
