This stunning property was renovated extensively in 2018 and is centrally located within short walking distance (2 blocks) to numerous dining & shopping options on Upper King and Spring & Cannon Streets. Featuring furnishings carefully curated by West Elm and original moldings/hardwood floors throughout, 220 Coming St. offers the perfect blend of contemporary comfort and historic charm. Spend your days exploring Charleston’s stunning architecture with coffee and pastry in hand from Brown’s Court Bakery nearby and dine al-fresco at acclaimed French Bistro, Chez Nous, located directly next door. Josephine Wine Bar and the Warehouse (small plates/artisanal cocktails) are also close by or stay in and enjoy a cocktail and conversation on the patio under the café lights.

This beautiful duplex property features 2 units with identical floorplans located just below the intersection of Spring & Coming Streets. You will have access to the Bottom floor (Unit A) of the property, which features a fully renovated kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full baths. Each unit has access to a private outdoor piazza w/ coffee table. There is also a shared walled courtyard with a gas grill available for use upon request. Inside you'll find a brand new kitchen ready for delicious meals or cold cocktails.

Spend your days exploring Charleston’s stunning architecture with coffee and pastry in hand from Brown’s Court Bakery nearby, then dine al-fresco at acclaimed French Bistro, Chez Nous, located directly next door. Our other favorite neighborhood spots include Josephine Wine Bar and the Warehouse, known for their artisnal cocktails. Or stay in and enjoy a cocktail & conversation on the patio under the café lights.

The Front Desk staff is available everyday from 8am - 8pm. Our knowledgeable associates are happy to give recommendations! The offices are located at 93 Society Street if you need somewhere to store luggage before or after your stay. It is just a short Uber/car ride away.

    This was a great place to stay for a bachelorette party! The living area is spacious and the rooms were extremely clean! The only thing is that it gets pretty loud outside which can be heard inside the house but it wasn't too big a deal! Super close walk to King St which was nice as well. Definitely would stay here again!

    This cozy and pleasant unit is a great place to begin your Charleston adventure. Our review lacks 5 stars because we experienced a serious security issue, a break-in while we slept due to the door chain being too long (thankfully only cash taken). Management was sympathetic and promised to fix the chain, however we were surprised there was no additional follow up with us or offer to reimburse us for the missing cash. If you stay here, please make sure to deadbolt the door at all times.

    Location was outstanding, close walk to many great restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms are quite small, built for one person. Rug in living room was filthy (needs to be replaced with one easier to keep clean), otherwise very clean. Nice courtyard, we served dinner there one night.

    We really enjoyed our stay. Pros: the home had nice furnishings, including comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen and baths are up to date. It could have been a *little* cleaner - the kitchen and baths were immaculate but I wasn't sure the living room had been thoroughly vacuumed.

    Location: a short drive from downtown. Can also take the 10 minute walk to the upper part of downtown, which we did. Chez Nous, a wonderful and charming little French restaurant, is literally in the backyard!! We were able to have a date while our kids stayed home and the oldest put them to bed. (We could literally see our daughters' window from our table). Also loved walking to Browns Court Bakery for breakfast, which we did every morning. AMAZING food!

    Check-in was a breeze - no keys and the combo lock made everything simple. Adorable porch and fenced courtyard which we would have used a bit more if weather had been a tad milder. Dedicated parking space was really nice to have.

    A bit of noise from upstairs neighbor and from street. Recommend earplugs, especially for the master bedroom which abuts the street. Owners have thoughtfully provided a white noise machine for that room too.

    Would return and recommend!!

    This is a lovely old Charleston house, completely renovated and excellently equipped. Location is great...just blocks from tons of great restaurants in the upper King Street area. Our family of 4 (including 2 kids under 4) fit perfectly in the 3 BR's and greatly appreciated the comfort of the common spaces.

    We loved our stay at 220 Coming. It's hard to find anything wrong with the rental. We were the first people to stay there. The pictures are exactly as you see. The property is well equipped with everything you would need for a long weekend. The finishes are amazing if you like contemporary. The beds are super comfortable and high-end bedding. The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants/bars. Corner store steps away. I would definitely stay here again. The one thing that was a negative is the street noise. The bedrooms in the back of the house were a little quieter that the master bedroom. I had read about the street noise in the area but wasn't expecting that. It was extremely loud. Bring earplugs!
